In this commission, Paul requested to have a portrait of his cousins and uncle painted.
The completed painting is framed with magnolias painted on canvas and cut out to frame the painting. It is stunning.

In this commission, Ike, lecturer on the history and development of African American music and retired director of WHCJ radio, wanted an expression of one of his favorite jazz musicians, John Coltrane.
The completed painting is currently displayed in Ike's home.
